Does the tour include entrance to the attractions?

No, entrance to Walichu Caves, Nimez Lagoon, and the Glaciarium is optional if you choose to get off and visit them on your own.

In which languages is it offered?

Our City Tour includes an audio guide in Spanish and English, so you can enjoy the experience in the language you prefer.

Where does the tour start and end?

The tour starts and ends in downtown El Calafate, right at the parking lot of the ACA Hotel(Google Maps)

What happens if I want to cancel or modify my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. There is no need to modify it, as you can join on any day and departure time subject to availability. For any questions, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp.

What should I bring to the tour?

The most important thing is to bring a positive attitude and the desire to discover the city. Keep in mind that the weather in El Calafate can change quickly, so we recommend bringing warm clothes, a windbreaker jacket, and comfortable shoes.
